Payment on Hold - Why are My Payments on Hold?

Wondering why your payments are on hold? We understand the importance of timely payouts, and we're here to guide you through the process. At Trado Fashion, we process payouts three times a day - at 11 AM, 4 PM, and 9 PM. However, there are certain conditions and scenarios that may cause a delay in the payout process. Here's what you need to know:

  1. Delivery Document Requirement for Credit Card or Credit Card EMI Payments:

    • For credit card or credit card EMI payments, please ensure that the delivery document is provided to facilitate a smooth payout.

  2. Manual Settlement for First 3 Online Payments (Order Value > Rs. 1000):

    • The first three online payments with an order value exceeding Rs. 1000 will be settled manually by the Trado Fashion team. This process may take up to 24-48 hours.

  3. Manual Settlement for Payments Exceeding Rs. 5000:

    • All online payments greater than Rs. 5000 will also be settled manually by the Trado Fashion team, taking up to 24-48 hours.

  4. Special Checks and Proof of Delivery for Certain Orders:

    • Special settlements or additional checks may be required for specific orders. If requested by the Trado Fashion team, sellers may need to provide proof of delivery through an authorized delivery partner.

  5. Review for Orders Delivered in Less Than 15 Minutes:

    • Orders with an Order Received to Order Delivered time under 15 minutes will be manually reviewed by the Trado Fashion team before settlement.

  6. Self-Ship Option Conditions:

    • If you choose the self-ship option, ensure that orders are delivered within 30 days of the order date, with the status changed to 'Delivered.' If marked delivered after 30 days, the payment may go on hold, requiring contact with us and valid proof of delivery for processing.

  7. Transaction Limit Reached - Complete KYC:

    • If your transaction limit of Rs. 20,000 is reached, complete the KYC process to continue receiving online payments.

  8. Refund in Absence of Proof of Delivery:

    • In the absence of valid proof of delivery (if requested by the Trado Fashion team), the amount for the order will be refunded to the buyer's source account.
