Viewing Product Stock List:
The Product Stock section presents a table displaying the product stock list.
Admins can view details such as category, sub-category, product, quantity, and more.
Smart Ajax-Based Search:
A search bar at the top-left of the product stock list table allows administrators to perform quick and precise searches.
Download and Print Options:
Admins have the flexibility to download and print the product stock list in PDF, CSV, and .XLS formats.
Options are available at the top-left part of the product stock list table.
Create New Stock
To add new stocks to a product, follow these steps:
Click on "Create Stock":
Initiate the addition of new stocks by clicking on the "Create Stock" button.
Choose Category and Sub-Category:
After selecting a category, the corresponding sub-category options will be dynamically populated.
Select a Product:
Once the sub-category is chosen, the existing products under that category and sub-category will be available for selection.
Add Quantity:
Specify the quantity of the selected product to be stocked.
Set Rate per Unit:
Provide the rate per unit of the product. The total value will be automatically calculated by multiplying the quantity and rate per unit.
Add Reason Note:
Optionally, admins can add a reason note to provide context for the stock addition.
Save or Cancel:
Click on the "Save" button to apply the changes and add the new stock.
If changes are not to be saved, administrators can click on the "Cancel" button.
