Orders Management

The Orders section serves as the centralized hub for all information related to your store's transactions. Here, you can delve into your store's order history, effortlessly download comprehensive order reports, sort orders based on their status, share order receipts, and much more.

Let's dive in and explore how you can navigate the Orders section seamlessly to maintain control and efficiency.

  1. Accessing the Orders Section:

    • Click on "Orders" in the left-side panel to enter this vital section.

    • Upon entry, you'll encounter a screen akin to the representation below, providing a snapshot of both past and active orders.

  1. Step-by-Step Order Management:

    Initiate your journey through the Orders section with the following steps:

    Search Functionality: - Use the search bar to directly locate specific orders using Order ID, Mobile Number, or Name.

    Effortless Filtering: - Streamline your view with a single click to see all orders, pending orders, accepted orders, shipped orders, delivered orders, and more.

    Understanding Order Filters:

    Order Status

    Meaning

    All

    All filter shows all orders that your store has received, irrespective of their status

    Pending

    Pending filter lets you filter orders which you have not accepted after the customer has placed the order

    Accepted

    Accepted filter lets you filter orders which you've accepted but are not dispatched (or shipped) for delivery yet

    Shipped

    Shipped filter lets you filter orders which you've dispatched for delivery but are not yet delivered to the customer

    Delivered

    Delivered filter lets you filter orders that are delivered to the customer successfully

    Other Filters > Modified

    Modified orders lets you filter orders who's quantity or delivery fee you have modified and are awaiting confirmation from the customer. (Access Rejected filter by going to Other Filters and select Modified)

    Other Filters > Rejected

    Rejected filter lets you filter orders that you've rejected for any reason. (Access Rejected filter by going to Other Filters and select Rejected)

    Other Filters > Cancelled

    Cancelled filter lets you filter orders that customers have cancelled from their side. (Note: A customer can cancel the order till the time you've not accepted it. Access Cancelled filter by going to Other Filters and select Cancelled)

    Other Filters > Failed

    Failed filter lets you filter orders that are not delivered to the customer successfully due to any reason. Use this filter to know what all orders need another attempt for delivery. (Access Failed filter by going to Other Filters and select Failed)

    Time-Based Sorting: - Tailor your view by sorting orders day, week, month-wise, or explore the lifetime orders. - Utilize special filters to categorize online paid orders, Dukaan Delivery orders, and Self-shipped orders.

    Download Reports: - To gain deeper insights into your store's performance, click on the blue button to download orders reports in Excel or PDF formats.

    Generate Order Receipts: - Craft professional and customizable order receipts by clicking on the specific order and then hitting the "Receipt" button.
